Where practical we endeavour to attend a subject’s address within 24 hours of receiving instructions or as soon as possible once a person has been traced to a specific location.

Affidavits will be sworn when court times allow, done via Solicitor at cost.

We can copy Statements and Orders to the Police National Computer.

Sometimes it is not possible to confirm a new address satisfactorily without physical inquiries. We can then be sure of its accuracy and it also gives us an opportunity to gather additional information which may be useful to our client in taking a case forward.
